Mariyam Zaheena Ahmed is the member representing the Dhoodigan constituency of Fuvahmulah City in the 5th term of the local councils. Zaheena was elected to this position in the 5th Local Council Elections held on April 4, 2026.

After completing her higher secondary education at the Gn. Atoll Education Centre, Zaheena served for 6 years across various government institutions, including the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Additionally, Zaheena has also served as a member of the Women's Development Committee (WDC) for the Fuvahmulah Southeast constituency during the 4th term of the local council elections.
