Deputy Mayor Mr. Mohamed Fikry is a Councilor elected by the people for the Central North Constituency of Fuvahmulah City in the 4th term Local Council Elections held on Saturday, 10 April 2021.

After taking the oath of office and assuming the responsibilities of a new Councilor on 17 May 2021, he successfully won the Deputy Mayor election and has remained in the position of Deputy Mayor until today.

Fikry is a dedicated professional who has obtained education in the fields of healthcare, tourism, and business management both in the Maldives and abroad. Over the past 38 years, he has provided numerous services to this city and the Maldivian nation, particularly in the areas of healthcare, tourism, youth and sports, and social development.
