Councillor Ibrahim Mohamed was the Councillor for the East-South District of Fuvahmulah City in the 4th term of the Local Council. He was elected to the Councillor position in the Local Council's 4th election held on April 10, 2021.

Councillor Ibrahim Mohamed obtained his education from Fuvahmulah School and Th. Atoll Educational Center. After completing his secondary education, he joined the workforce in 2001 and acquired extensive experience and professional training in the tourism sector. Additionally, Ibrahim Mohamed served as the President of Dhoondigam Council during the 2nd term of the Local Council (from February 26, 2014 to February 28, 2017).

Councillor Ibrahim Mohamed has provided numerous political and social services.
