The Anti-Sexual Abuse and Harassment Committee is established in accordance with the Prevention of Sexual Abuse and Harassment Act (Law No. 16/2014). Comprising three members, the committee is mandated to prevent workplace misconduct and provide a confidential mechanism for addressing internal complaints.
