Regarding the fabrication and construction of guideline boards

Interested parties are invited to submit Form for the fabrication of the Ambule Athiri guideline board in accordance with the attached drawings. Please complete and submit the enclosed quotation form.

If there is any family or business relationship between the party submitting the quotation and any employee of the Fuvahmulah City Council, a signed written declaration clearly stating the details of such relationship must be submitted together with the quotation form. If it is discovered that such a relationship exists but was not disclosed, the submitted quotation will be disqualified.

The quotation form is to be submitted on Tuesday, 27th October 2026 at 10:00 in the Council Office meeting room. Parties wishing to submit the quotation form online are required to email the form to ([email protected]) before 10:00 on Tuesday, 27th October 2026.
