• The Secretariat of Fuvahmulah City Council invites eligible and interested parties to submit bids for the supply of cables.
• Parties interested in participating in the bidding process are required to register by sending an email to [email protected] before 12:00 PM on Sunday, August 23, 2026. Registration emails must include the announcement number and the following details of the participant: company name, address, phone number, email address, and full name.
• Any inquiries regarding this bid must be submitted via email to the aforementioned address by 10:00 AM on Monday, August 24, 2026. Responses to all inquiries will be provided via email by 14:00 PM on the same day.
• Each participant is entitled to submit only one bid proposal. Bids will be accepted exclusively from parties that have formally registered within the specified deadline.
• Bid submission and the opening ceremony will take place at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 27, 2026, at the Asurumaa Hall.
