Bid Registration: Parties interested in participating in the bid must send an email to [email protected] before 31 August 2026 at 12:00 PM. The email must include the Announcement Number along with the participant's details (Company Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, and Full Name).

Queries & Clarifications: If you have any questions regarding this bid, please email them to the address below before 01 September 2026 (Tuesday) at 11:00 AM. Answers to the queries received will be emailed to applicants before 01 September 2026 (Tuesday) at 2:00 PM (14:00).

Bid Submission & Opening: Bid submission and opening will take place on 03 September 2026 (Thursday) at 10:00 AM in the Meeting Room of the Council Office.
