If you have any questions regarding this bid, please mail ([email protected] (opens in a new window)) before 09 November 2026 Monday at 10:00. Answers to questions will be provided before 09 November 2026 Monday at 13:00.

Each person is allowed to submit one bid. Only registered parties can participate in the bidding process.

Bid submission and opening will be at 10:00 on Sunday, 15 November 2026 at the Council Office's Asuruma Maalam.
