Note: Due to changes brought to the scope of the work, the previous form number 2026/49 is void.

Interested parties wishing to undertake renovation of Council building restroom are invited to complete and submit the attached quotation form.

If there is any family or business relationship between the party submitting the quotation and any employee of the Fuvahmulah City Council, a signed written declaration clearly stating the details of such relationship must be submitted together with the quotation form. If it is discovered that such a relationship exists but was not disclosed, the submitted quotation will be disqualified.

The quotation form is to be submitted on Monday, 19th October 2026 at 13:15 in the Council Office meeting room. Parties wishing to submit the quotation form online are required to email the form to ([email protected]) before 13:15 on Monday, 19th October 2026.
