Basic Salary: 7,585.00 (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-Five) Rufiyaa per month

Job Allowance:

Job Allowance: 2,275 (Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five) Rufiyaa per month (Level 1 Scale)

Attendance Benefit:

60 (Sixty) Rufiyaa for each day of attendance

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

Answering to the Council and Secretary General for all matters related to the Council's administrative work

Fully cooperating in implementing Council decisions and carrying out all administrative tasks under the guidance and instructions of the Secretary General or Supervisor

Performing all work within the mandate of Vital Registration and Transport Section

Maintaining and performing all work related to population statistics of Fuvahmulah City

Providing Identity Card and Birth Certificate services

Providing all services related to maintaining residents' registry

Maintaining records of births and deaths in Fuvahmulah City and performing all related tasks

Maintaining records of births and deaths in Fuvahmulah City and performing all related tasks

Checking electoral registry and sending to required parties during elections

Performing all vehicle registration work in collaboration with City Council in accordance with Transport Ministry regulations

From among the tasks included in the section's mandate, carry out administrative tasks as directed by the current supervisor

Perform necessary work to ensure that services such as licenses and road worthiness are conducted in accordance with regulations in collaboration with the Transport Ministry

Position Requirements:

Possess a Level 3 Certificate from the National Qualifications Framework of the Maldives

Have a secondary or equivalent level exam with a minimum 'D' grade in 2 subjects, and additionally, have a minimum 'C' grade in the 'Dhivehi' subject in the 'Secondary School' or 'Higher Secondary School' Certificate Examination

(b) Copy of educational certificates and transcripts issued by a higher education center in the Maldives; or copy of course completion document and transcript.

(b) From Civil Service experience not visible at https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/, a document issued by the office detailing the job held, job duration (with year, month, and date), and job responsibilities (even if in different positions within the same institution) separately.

(c) If employed in a private company or private institution, a document detailing the job held, job duration (with year, month, and date), job responsibilities (even if in different positions within the same institution), and number of employees at the workplace.

(d) If worked in a national or international association or organization, a document detailing the job held, job duration (with year, month, and date), job responsibilities (even if in different positions within the same institution), specifying whether the position was salaried (or an official document from the organization confirming this).

(e) If worked in a dissolved government institution, dissolved private company, private institution, or dissolved national or international association or organization, a document detailing the job held, job duration (with year, month, and date), job responsibilities (even if in different positions within the same institution); if such a document is unavailable, the 'Reference Check Form for Dissolved Institutions' in Recruitment Rules Appendix 8.

Criteria for selecting the most qualified candidate:

The criteria for selecting the most qualified candidate will be included in item 12 of the Civil Service Recruitment and Appointment Standards and Rules 2021 (Third Amendment).

Interview, Exam and Presentation Location and Duration:

The interview for selecting a person for this position will be held between December 14, 2025 and January 14, 2026 at Fuvahmulah City Council.
