Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Position: | Treat customers with courtesy and respect, and provide full assistance. Display and showcase products available in Fuvahmulah, and provide details of these products. Find appropriate solutions to customer complaints and inquiries. Use the POS system to process payments and various business transactions, and properly handle electronic payments in addition to cash. Maintain cleanliness of the premises, organize and display merchandise neatly, and inform relevant parties about inventory status and out-of-stock items. Provide special information about local artisans' products and their background history to customers, assist those parties, and participate in organizing various promotional and social activities held by the business. Assist in properly recording daily business accounts and preparing weekly reports, and complete other additional tasks assigned by the company. |
Position Requirements: | Pass a Dhivehi 'O' Level or equivalent examination with at least grade 'D' in 2 subjects, and additionally hold a 'Secondary School' or 'Higher Secondary School' Certificate examination with at least grade 'C' in 'Dhivehi'. |
