Other Allowances:

Ramadan allowance shall be provided every Ramadan month as per established regulations.

Main responsibilities and duties of the position:

Full responsibility to the Council and Secretary General in all matters related to the Council administration's work.

Full support for the implementation of Council decisions, and according to the guidance of the Secretary General or Supervisor, performing all administrative tasks required in implementing such decisions.

15 minutes before each prayer time, go to the mosque and clean the mosque, courtyard and toilet, and turn on the AC before each prayer and turn off the AC 30 minutes after each prayer ends.

Clean the dirt and waste around the mosque courtyard and mosque and in the passages.

Report mosque defects to the Imam and Council according to regulations, and maintain large cracks and damages in the mosque courtyard according to the Council's instructions.

Maintain the cleanliness of dirt in the mosque courtyard and regularly water the plants in the mosque passages on rainy days.

Participate in special projects carried out by the Council and perform other tasks assigned within the scope of work.

Daily cleaning of doors and door frames with bleach and cleaned windows and maintaining water taps and windows according to established standards.

Clean AC filters and indoor units once every 2 months.

Assigning to the Mosque unit supervisor to clean the cemetery separated from the mosque and mosque by the assigned staff.

Position requirements:

Literate

4 years of work experience in the field of position work

Note:Literacy is understood as:

Based on a letter issued by the employer at the screening stage. or

Based on a letter issued by a government agency stating literacy. or

Based on a letter issued by the school indicating passing Grade 5 or above.
