Main job responsibilities and duties:

Answering to the Council and Secretary General on all matters related to the Council's office work.

Fully cooperating to implement Council decisions, and carrying out all administrative tasks in implementing such decisions under the guidance and advice of the Secretary General or Supervisor.

Visiting the mosque 30 minutes before each prayer time to clean the mosque, toilet, ablution area, and mosque grounds, turn on air conditioning, and turn off air conditioning 30 minutes after each prayer.

Removing weeds and cleaning the mosque grounds and adjacent streets

Regularly informing the Imam and Council about damages to the mosque, and maintaining and trimming large trees and plants in the mosque grounds as directed by the Council.

Watering plants in the mosque grounds and watering the surrounding streets during dusty days.

Participating in special projects conducted by the Council and performing other tasks assigned within the work scope.

Cleaning bokeh, pipe railings, fans, and glass doors and frames daily, and turning on and off lights and fans according to established rules.

Cleaning air conditioning filters and indoor units every 2 months

Cleaning the cemetery and separate areas as directed by the Mosque Unit Supervisor.

Note:Reading and writing ability will be determined by:

Confirming reading and writing ability in the screening stage through a document issued by the employing office. Or

A document from a government office certifying reading and writing ability. Or

A document from a school indicating completion of Grade 5 or higher.
