Primary Responsibilities and Duties: | Respond to the Council and Secretary General on all matters related to the Council's office work. Fully cooperate in implementing Council decisions and carry out all administrative tasks necessary for implementing such decisions under the guidance of the Secretary General or Supervisor. Setup and maintain LAN/WAN, VPN, Wireless Network and Firewalls Optimize IP Addressing, DNS, DHCP and VLANs Monitor network traffic and implement security protocols Implement Quality of Service and Bandwidth Management Policies Install, update, and strengthen Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments Maintain Active Directory, User Authentication and Access Control systems Prepare task automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash or Python Performing backup, recovery testing, and system health monitoring Establishing endpoint protection, intrusion detection/prevention systems Conducting vulnerability assessments and patch management Implementing data classification, encryption, and secure access policies Maintaining SIEM tools and incident response procedures Conducting cyber security awareness training sessions for employees Supporting IT and resolving escalating technical issues Collaborating with developers and governance teams for secure system integration Documenting system architecture, configurations, and IT procedures |
Job Requirements: | At least 8 years of experience in system/network administration and cybersecurity |
Required Technical Skills: Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, scripting, CCNA Certified | |
