MVR 8,505.00 (Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Five) per month

Job Allowance:

MVR 2,555.00 (Two Thousand Five Hundred and Fifty-Five) per month (1st Grade Standard)

Attendance Allowance:

MVR 70 (Seventy) for each day of attendance

Other Allowances:

Pension Contribution as provided under the Pension Law of the Maldives.

Overtime payment as per the rules set for Civil Service employees.

Ramadan Allowance in every Ramadan month as per established rules.

Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Position:

- Updating and organizing the current blocks and streets of Fuvahmulah City to be identifiable by mapping available plots.

- Creating and updating maps to identify all streets and blocks of Fuvahmulah City.

- Resolving existing issues by verifying whether the plots currently issued in Fuvahmulah City match the registered plans and original documents.

- When land is issued by Fuvahmulah City to any party, preparing and submitting the necessary documentation with correct measurements for plot registration.

- Preparing Land Development Plans for Special Development Areas within Fuvahmulah City by carefully reviewing existing structures and allocating them to necessary purposes.

- Creating and continuously updating maps to identify important locations in Fuvahmulah City.

- Conducting surveys for projects under PSP and Council in Fuvahmulah City and preparing related reports.

- Resolving land issues submitted by Fuvahmulah City Council and preparing land records by conducting new surveys of plots that need to be re-surveyed.

- Providing full support to implement decisions approved by the Council, and under the guidance of the Secretary General or Surveyor, performing all administrative tasks necessary to implement such decisions in a practical manner and overseeing the implementation of these decisions.

- Providing full support and accountability to the Council and Secretary General in all matters related to the administrative work of the Council and implementation of Council decisions.

Qualifications for the position:

A national qualification at Level 4 in the field related to the position, along with a 'Secondary School' certificate with a grade 'C' or above in 'Dhivehi' in the examination.

or

A qualification from a similar examination as the Intermediate or Advanced Level examinations, with a grade 'E' or above in 2 subjects, along with a 'Secondary School' or 'Higher Secondary School' certificate with a grade 'C' or above in 'Dhivehi' in the examination.
