Job Allowance:

Job Allowance: 2555 (Two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Five) Rufiyaa per month (Level 1 Tier)

Attendance Allowance:

70 (Seventy) Rufiyaa for each day present

Other Allowances:

Pension contribution under the Maldives Pension Act

Overtime pay as per Civil Service regulations

Ramadan allowance as per established regulations

Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Backup of the Council Office main server once a week and maintaining it securely

Ensuring secure storage of documents in staff folders on the server without possibility of deletion

Maintaining E-government network and Council Office network works, and resolving issues in coordination with NCIT when problems arise

Handling all graphic-related work and website development, maintenance and management

Creating and upgrading online platforms necessary for strengthening Council operations

Regularly checking and addressing performance and security threats in applications

Provide solutions to the issues affecting the council's website and provide technical assistance in website work

Perform all IT-related work in important tasks at the Council office

Provide solutions and technical advice for IT-related complaints and issues at the Council

Fully cooperate in implementing council decisions and carry out all administrative tasks related to such implementations under the guidance of the Secretary General or Supervisor

Fully respond to the Council and Secretary General on all matters related to office work and implementation of council decisions

Examine computer systems and network issues at the council office and resolve them without hindering office work

Job Conditions:

Educational level of a Level 4 certificate in a field related to the job's work from the Maldivian National Qualifications Framework

Criteria for selecting the most suitable candidate:

The criteria for selecting the most suitable person for this position will be included in the Civil Service Recruitment and Appointment Standards and Guidelines 2021 (Third Amendment), Section 12.
