Other Allowances: | Pension contribution under Maldives Pension Law. Overtime pay in accordance with rules set for civil service employees. Ramadan allowance in each Ramadan month as per set rules. |
Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Position: | Analyzing and resolving issues arising in applications used in the Council Setting timelines for developing software needed to achieve tasks in the Council's Digital Roadmap and managing the development team's work Preparing portals and applications needed to modernize work in the Council and managing the development team's work to ensure the work meets the required standard Managing version control of source code of applications and portals prepared in relation to development work done in the Council and maintaining them. Coordinating with relevant parties to carry out necessary work to integrate systems of other institutions with Council applications. Proceeding with necessary work to deploy and host applications and portals. Develop a Council application with UX interface and UX experience design Work with relevant parties to bring about changes required for the Council policies and government policies and the changes required for applications related to them. Make necessary changes to the Council's website and maintain those matters. Provide guidance on work related to easy maintenance, scalability, and forward-looking improvements, and produce complete and accessible technical documentation. Implement decisions approved by the Council with full support; perform all administrative tasks required in implementing such decisions under the guidance of the Secretary General or Supervisor. Full responsibility to the Council and Secretary General in all matters related to the work of the Council's administration. |
Position Requirements: | Possess a Level 9 qualification from the Maldives National Qualification Framework in the field related to the position's work. Or Possess a Level 7 or 8 qualification from the Maldives National Qualification Framework in the field related to the position's work, along with 4 years of work experience in the position's field of work. |
