Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Position:

To be responsible to the Council and Secretary General for all matters related to the work of the Council Administration.

To fully assist in implementing decisions approved by the Council, and to follow the guidance of the Secretary General or Supervisor in carrying out the administrative work required to implement such decisions.

Prepare a report on Ramadan classes and taraweeh allowance

Supervise and arrange all necessary work for prayer services in mosques, including congregational prayers, Eid prayers, and weekly prayers.

Maintain a register of mosques and arrange all necessary work for maintaining the mosques, ensure the provision of necessary items for mosques in accordance with financial regulations, and supervise all work needed to repair and clean the mosques.

Supervise and arrange all necessary work for collecting Fitr Zakat and managing Fitr Zakat and property Zakat.

Prepare and send allowance reports for deceased persons in Fuvahmulah City to the relevant departments.

Conduct all classes and taraweeh activities during Ramadan.

Maintain stock of items for cleaning the mosques.

Keep a record of mosques and maintain the register.

Arrange work for cleaning and maintaining the mosques.

Conditions of the Position:

Obtaining a Level 3 National Qualification of the Maldives.

Or

With a 'D' grade below 2 subjects in an ordinary or equivalent examination, and in addition, obtaining a 'C' grade below the 'Dhivehi' subject in the Secondary School or Higher Secondary School Certificate examination.

(A) Copy of educational certificates and transcripts issued by institutions outside the country that have been certified and leveled by the Maldives Qualifications Authority for higher education in the Maldives; Or: In case of no certificate, copy of course completion letter and copy of assessment report and transcript issued by the Maldives Qualifications Authority

(B) Copy of educational certificates and transcript issued by higher education institutions in the country; or copy of course completion letter and copy of transcript.

Copy of documents that fall under the following categories demonstrating work experience:

(A) If served in a civil service position, in a state institution, in a government-funded organization, the position held, and the period of the position (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the position (even if positions were held in different departments of one institution) specified separately and issued by that office.

Or instead, an official letter issued by that organization stating that).

(E) If worked in a dissolved institution, or in a dissolved private organization or private institution, or in a dissolved national or international organization or association, the position held and the period of the position (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the position (even if positions were held in different departments of one institution) specified separately and issued by that office, or if such a letter cannot be obtained, the "Reference Check Form for Applicants" in Schedule 8 of the Recruitment Rules.
