Main Responsibilities and Duties:

Develop and maintain software, mobile applications, web portals, websites, and other tools related to council services

Manage and troubleshoot software and applications used in the council

Work on establishing and upgrading online platforms to strengthen council operations

Regularly check and resolve security threats and issues in applications

Provide solutions and technical advice for IT-related complaints and issues in the council

Providing assistance in resolving software and hardware issues for the Council's computer systems and IT equipment

Raising awareness and training staff on the Council's IT resources and tools

Finding solutions to website issues and providing technical assistance in website-related tasks

Establishing and maintaining the most appropriate IT infrastructure for the Council office under the guidance of section heads

Managing and maintaining IT-related hardware and software acquired for the Council office's needs

Providing training to staff on e-Government and other IT-related software (HR software, financial management software)

Performing all IT-related tasks in important work carried out in the Council office

Fully cooperating and administratively implementing decisions passed by the Council under the advice and guidance of the Secretary General or supervisor

Being fully accountable to the Council and Secretary General in all matters related to the office's work and implementation of Council decisions

Qualification Requirements:

Possession of a Level 5 Diploma or Level 6 / Advanced Diploma / Associate Degree in an educational field related to the job

(c) For private companies or private organizations, a document detailing the position held, duration (with year, month, and day), job responsibilities (even across different positions in the same institution), and number of staff at the workplace.
