Registration for Basic Pension
Basic pension is a pension provided by the Maldives government under the Maldives Pension Act for Maldivian citizens over 65 years of age. Basic pension scheme is a pension that is provided to anyone who has not worked in any job and has not joined the retirement pension scheme from their salary. For Maldivian citizens who do not receive retirement pension, basic pension is provided for basic needs when they reach 65 years of age.
- For this service, the Basic Pension application form must be filled out completely, this form is available from the Pension Office website and the Council's Community Service session
