- Fill out the Sports Facilities Booking form first, then select the required facility
- Select the required date, and if not available, select another available date
- Each facility has a specific sports facility allocation schedule where one facility can be used per day
- However, if you want to use the Badminton Hall, you need to register as a 'Fuvahmulah City Badminton Hall Member' by filling out a separate team form
