Apply for new ID cards, renew existing ones, or update information

Apply for New ID Card

Register an account on the DNR portal
After logging into the DNR portal, click on 'Apply for New Card'
For children under 18 years, the ID card is issued in the name of the parent or guardian as a dependent
Select a collection center near you where the ID card can be collected
After the form is verified on DNR, if the information is correct, the ID card will be prepared and sent to the designated collection center

After logging into the DNR portal, click on 'Renew Card'
Select the reason for renewal
For children under 18 years, the ID card is issued in the name of the parent or guardian as a dependent
Select a collection center near you where the ID card can be collected
After the form is verified on DNR, if the information is correct, a fee payment link will be sent
After payment, the card will be prepared and sent to the designated collection center

After logging into the DNR portal, click on 'Update Information' to apply for an ID card
For children under 18 years, the ID card is issued in the name of the parent or guardian as a dependent
Select a collection center near you where the ID card can be collected
After the form is verified on DNR, if the information is correct, a fee payment link will be sent
After payment, the card will be prepared and sent to the designated collection center

After logging into the DNR portal, click on 'Apply for New Card', then select 'Replacement' for the reason
For children under 18 years, the ID card is issued in the name of the parent or guardian as a dependent
Select a collection center near you where the ID card can be collected
After the form is verified on DNR, if the information is correct, a fee payment link will be sent
After payment, the card will be prepared and sent to the designated collection center
