Description:
We are seeking an experienced Managing Director / Chief Executive Officer for Fuvahmulah City Local Authority Company to oversee business operations and provide strategic leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans and company policies, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and driving organizational success. You will play a key role in ensuring the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
-Developing and executing business plans and strategies to achieve short and long-term goals.
-Reporting to the board, providing market insights and strategic advice.
-Maintaining positive relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
-Overseeing the company's business operations, financial performance, investments, and ventures.
Minimum Qualification
-Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field and minimum five years of experience as Managing Director / CEO or in another senior managerial role
Experience
-Experience in developing and implementing strategic and business plans.
-Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance
-Good understanding of corporate law, branding, and product positioning
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
-Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
-Proficient in written and spoken English and Dhivehi
