Key Responsibilities

• Teach appropriate fundamental Badminton skills
• Emphasizing on values, fun, skill development, fair play, teamwork and sportsmanship
• Be punctual and conduct programs with professionalism and discipline
• Conduct skills and technique assessment every 3 months
• Provide a safe learning environment for training or games before every session
• Coaches are required to dedicate a minimum of 40 hours and a maximum of 80 hours per month to coaching activities
• Develop individualized training plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each player to support their growth and development

Requirements and Skills

• Maldivian
• Former Player
• Experience in Youth Coaching
